Special Events and Weddings at 360

We are a one hour drive from the International Airport in Liberia. We are about 4.5 hours from SJO.

Yes, we have basic and deluxe wedding packages. We can also build custom packages.

At 360 Splendor del Pacifico, we have multiple picturesque locations for your special event. We can accommodate up to 125 guests on the Sky Terrace.

The venue fee for the rooftop terrace is $350 per hour, with a 10 PM cut-off time. This fee is for the exclusive use of the community rooftop terrace for a pre-determined amount of time. It includes use of the commercial-grade catering kitchen, use of our on-site tables/chairs/speakers and exclusive access to the two rooftop bathrooms. All other tables, linens, chairs, etc. will be paid separately. If you choose a wedding package, the venue fee is included in the pricing.

*Use of the pool deck terrace must be pre-arranged and it will not be guaranteed to be a private event, except in the case of a buy-out. Inquire for pricing.

If you choose a wedding package, you will have exclusive use of the Sky Terrace from 10 AM – 10 PM on the wedding date. Otherwise, the rooftop terrace will be rented hourly with a 10 PM cut-off time.

We will begin charging our hourly rate as soon as vendors arrive on property.

There is a $1,000 non-refundable deposit due at the time of reservation. A 50% payment on the room block is also due at reservation.

As guests make payments for their accommodations, we will credit your account and funds will be released once guests’ payments have been received in full.

The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable but if we have availability and you would like to re-schedule, we will apply your deposit towards your new date. Room cancellations will be handled according to the signed rental agreement. Generally, anything cancelled within 60 days of the event, will be charged 50% of the total value. Anything cancelled within 30 days of the event, will be responsible for 100% of the total value. In the event that we are able to re-rent the cancelled rooms, we will deduct that amount from the amount owed.

We do not have restrictions on how liquor is bought/served. However, your catering company might so please consult with them about their regulations.

The wedding packages are the same rate year-round. For accommodations, we offer low season rates during May, June, July and August. High season rates are charged from November 1st – December 15th.

Destination weddings at 360 are only bookable at certain times of year. There are a variety of reasons for this such as: rainy season, windy season and peak tourism months.

Only in extremely rare circumstances will we book a wedding December 16th – April 30th. No weddings are bookable in September and October.

We offer a 15% discount on group accommodations but there is a strict 2-night minimum on all reservations. If you are hosting a wedding or special event, at least 80% of your guests must be staying on-site.

Our concierge team is available 7 AM – 10 PM daily and they are here to assist you with all aspects of vacation planning. They can organize tours, make restaurant reservations, arrange transportation, facilitate restaurant delivery, make childcare arrangements and assist your guests with every aspect of their vacation. We also provide daily housekeeping, a pre-arrival grocery shopping service and a beach transportation service.

At 360 Splendor del Pacifico we have a plethora of amenities that your guests are sure to love. Our saltwater infinity pool features stunning ocean views and a large ocean view sundeck. There is also a small spa in Building 5 with a nail room and two ocean view massage rooms and a rooftop gym with both indoor and outdoor spaces for your use. The gym area is equipped with two open-air Jacuzzis and a public restroom. On the adjacent rooftop is the Sky Terrace, our open-air event space with a professional catering kitchen and two public bathrooms.

There are two public bathrooms on the rooftop terrace and one public bathroom on the ground floor of Building 3.

Yes, we have covered parking but space is limited. Valet will be available.

Yes, there is a rooftop catering kitchen equipped with a four burner gas stove, oven, ice maker, two-door refrigerator, multiple sinks and a cold prep station.

Yes, the property is handicap accessible with ramps and elevators. Some condominiums have easier access than others.

360 is kid-friendly but children must be accompanied by an adult when at the pool or rooftop terrace. If you will need any equipment such as high chairs, pack n plays, baby gates, etc. please let us know in advance.
